How many documents can I have notarized?
I can notarize as many documents as you provide if you agree to pay the fee for each additional document to be notarized.
What state would my documents be governed under?
Since I am an Indiana Notary Public; your documents would be governed under the general laws of the State of Indiana.
If I reside in another state, can my document(s) still be notarized by you?
Yes, I can still notarize your document(s) as long as you agree to the documents being governed by the State of Indiana.
Can I still have my document(s) notarized if it does not have the notarial certificate?
Yes, but only if you can determine the appropriate notarial certificate that should be included with the document(s) to be notarized. The two most common are Oaths and acknowledgments. If you are still unable to determine the appropriate certificate, just ask the organization requesting the notary.
What will I need for you to notarize my documents?
1. A computer and a smart phone (with internet access) or just a smart phone
2. Webcam or phone's forward-facing camera
3. One of the following Unites States IDs: -Driver’s License -State Issued ID card -US passport
4. Credit history (used for providing KBA questions)
What is KBA?
KBA is a method of authentication which seeks to prove the identity of someone accessing a service such as a financial institution or website.
